'Giants of Post-War Liberalism: Isaiah Berlin & John Rawls' - An online seminar at the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University

Arie M. Dubnov and Andrius Galisanka, authors of monographs on Isaiah Berlin and John Rawls, respectively, deliver an online seminar as part of the Kenan Institute for Ethics’ new online series ‘The Liberal Imaginary and Beyond’. The series begins on 20 November, with Malachi Hacohen and Samuel Moyn discussing 'Religious Influences on Post-War Liberalism'.

Arie M. Dubnov is the Max Ticktin Chair of Israel Studies at George Washington University and author of Isaiah Berlin: The Journey of a Jewish Intellectual (2012).

Andrius Galisanka is Assistant Professor of History at Wake Forest University and author of John Rawls: The Path to a Theory of Justice (2019).

'Giants of Post-War Liberalism: Isaiah Berlin and John Rawls' is the fifth in an eight seminar series, Liberal Imaginary and Beyond, a new online initiative co-sponsored by the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University, and the non-profit research organisation the Center on Modernity in Transition (COMIT).
