Professor Stephen Kotkin to give the 2018 Annual Isaiah Berlin Day Lecture in Riga

This year's lecture Turning Points: Yesterday’s World, and Tomorrow's will be given by Professor Stephen Kotkin on Tuesday 13 December.

Stephen Kotkin is the John P. Birkelund Professor in History and International Affairs at Princeton University. He is also a fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. He directs Princeton's Institute for International and Regional Studies and co-directs its Program in the History and Practice of Diplomacy. Kotkin was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for Stalin: Paradoxes of Power, 1878-1928.  For more information, follow this link.
