On Friday 17 June 2022, in Riga, the city of Isaiah Berlin's birth, Yuli Tamir gives the 12th annual Isaiah Berlin Lecture, on the theme of 'Uncertaintly and Freedom'
- The lecture is organized under the auspices of the Isaiah Berlin Association of Latvia
- Prof. Tamir is the President of Beit Berl College, Israel, and was a Labor member of the Knesset 2003-10
- She studied under Berlin as a doctoral student at Oxford
- She has been an adjunct professor at the Blavatnik School of Government, Oxford, since 2015
