The Isaiah Berlin Catalogue
Hu Chuansheng, Guannian de liliang: yu Bolin duihua [The Power of Ideas: Dialogue with Isaiah Berlin] (Sichuan, 2002, Sichuan People’s Publishing House)
- The book consists of two parts: in the first, IB’s thought is introduced, and in the second the idea of enlightenment in China is discussed. IB never directly addressed the question of political thought in China, but Hu tries to engage in an imaginative dialogue with him about this, through his reading of IB’s philosophy.
